The full day intensive is an experiential workshop, in Northport, Long Island, New York.  It consists of a total of 4 hours of intense exploration. The day is divided into two 2-hour sessions. There is a two hour period between sessions which is your free time to reflect.  For lunch there are many restaurants in the local area. If you prefer you may bring your own lunch and spend time on the park like setting of my personal property. There is a beach and Nature Preserve within 1 mile of the workshop space.  You may also book a 1 hour massage (for an additional fee) with a licensed massage therapist at the same location as the workshop.

This intensive is designed for the person who wants to immerse themselves into a particular subject in their life. It is a way of giving uncompromised attention and focus to create a different model of thought around this subject.
